The Nehemiah Project
When it’s time for a turnaround or a rebuild it takes focused dedication over time. It takes careful management of resources and an all-or-nothing commitment to getting it done. It is not a journey endeavored alone.
After the fall of Jerusalem to the Babylonians in 587B.C., an Israeli named Nehemiah – the King’s (Artaxerxes of the Persian Empire) cup-bearer by trade – learned that the walls of his city were still torn down, making the inhabitants of the city subject to any nomads roving through the area.
It broke his heart. It broke it enough to do something about it. In 52 days, he and his team rebuilt more than a mile of walls around Jerusalem and reset the gates.
The Nehemiah Project is an engagement wherein we work closely with small business leaders to get their businesses “on their feet” and moving toward a sustainable future within a 52 day time period.
We focus on operations management, including growth strategies, efficiencies, cost management and reduction, marketing, company positioning, evaluation of products and services, target markets, risk and implementing profitable business practices.
The cost of entry is low; the suggested engagement is two years. However, the work is “Pay for Performance;” we get paid as we do the work. We bill you at one flat rate. If you find that the commitment does not fit your business model, you may end the engagement.
Low fees. Low risk. No brainer.
Work with us. We build extraordinary businesses. We are Aepiphanni.
