Aepiphanni Business Consulting is a six year old operations and strategy consulting firm that focuses on helping business leaders design, create and build extraordinary businesses.

The company’s target clients are those in creative and technological fields, including marketing, advertising, interior design, landscape design, restaurants, computer and IT support, ebusiness, software design and a number of related industries. The companies are privately owned, have been in businesses between three and eight years, have potential revenues of $500,000 to $5M.

Our primary service offering is that of an outsourced operations management team, wherein we can provide company leadership and advice in addition to a number of ancillary services including financial, business development, product development and delivery and HR management. Furthermore, we have capability to source and manage additional outsourced services. The offering is to be able to allow the client to focus on their core competencies while we work to optimize the company processes and plan and execute growth strategies for them. Any of the services we offer can be purchased and implemented individually, including several software as a service solutions (SAAS) and operations and strategy consulting.
