Rick Meekins, Operations management and business strategy consultant, is passionate about helping business leaders start, run and grow successful small businesses. His business strategy methodology focuses on helping business leaders clarify their company goals and developing unconventional strategies to achieve them.  He writes a weekly blog, has published a number of articles and has been well received at speaking engagements.

He is a Christian Business Owner, the Founder of Aepiphanni Business Consulting, a founding board member of the Global Institute for Enterprise Development and a member of the Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta.  He is usually involved in several community-related projects.

He enjoys spending time with the family of seven and his two Labrador Retrievers – Cocoa and Carbon, in addition to education, outdoor activities, reading, writing, exercise, puzzles and cooking. Future aspirations including teaching business strategy and business operations at a university, opening an eatery or coffee shop and traveling.

Mr. Meekins is a passionate business thinker who maintains the mindset of “we can do it bigger and better.”  As a systemic thinker, his consideration begins, first, with stabilization, systematizing and developing strategic plans toward extraordinary pursuits.  Every obstacle must be overcome.  Every opportunity pursued.

Mr. Meekins has written many articles and papers focused on business leadership, systemic thinking, extraordinary leadership, extraordinary business, business development, business strategy and business processes.   He has recently been recruited as a board member of the Global Institute of Entrepreneurial Development.

Mr. Meekins has more than two decades of experience working with small business.  He has been a serial entrepreneur, starting his first business at 12 years old. He holds a degree in Management from Moravian College, with additional studies and certificates in Project Management, Accounting, Adult Learning and Organizational Development
